Father’s Day BBQ
We welcome everyone here to celebrate Father’s Day with us. A few brothers are outside getting the BBQ ready while worshipping as we speak, and we invite you all to stay after and join us for food and fellowship.
Neema Choir
Today, we are blessed to have Neema Children’s Choir with us. Even though they don’t charge a fee for their ministry, please feel free to give a love offering. Please mark “Neema Choir” in the “other” field on the offering envelope or when you are giving online.
Calling for Bread and Pastries Pick Up Volunteer Drivers
We are blessed to receive freshly Baked bread and pastries from our new friends at Wismer Common COBS Bread location.
Pick up is Every Tuesday and Friday evening (7:00PM). These goodies will be available to all to share at fellowship time and to take home.
The goodies will be transported in special containers and special procedures are to be followed.
Willing volunteers are requested to connect with Sister Desiree or Pastor Eddie.

Milliken Church Prayer Requests
Our Prayer group is asking everyone with prayer needs to place their requests in the prayer request box so they will be remembered in our weekly prayer meeting. If you are unable to make it to church, please email Pastor Eddie.

Bible Study Groups
Sunday School takes place on Sunday Mornings at 9:00 am.
Wednesday’s online Bible Study will be on hold for the summer break. Ladies’ Morning Bible Study takes place on Thursdays at 10:30 am at Milliken Church.

Taste of Asia: Traffic Advisory
Kennedy Road will be closed from Steeles to Clayton Drive to all vehicular traffic, and Clayton Drive will have limited access from Harvest Moon to Kennedy Road.
The road closure will be in effect from noon on Friday, June 27, until at least 7:00 pm on Sunday, June 29. Please keep that in mind when coming to Church next Sunday.
Taste of Asia: Youth Parking Lot Fundraiser
During the Taste of Asia, we can fundraise by providing limited access to our parking lot. It’s not only an excellent opportunity for us to raise money for our Youth program, but also to interact with the community. However, we can’t do it without help. If we can have enough volunteers, we can fundraise from Friday night 5pm – until they close on Sunday night.

Taste of Asia: Performance
Our GenNow Team will be performing 2 songs at this event. This will feature our Children, Youth and Young Adults. Our final rehearsal is June 27, just before the event.
We also need audience support (being in the audience cheering for our GenNow team), so see you there on Saturday, June 27 @ 11:30 am! Seats are limited, so be there early!
(Baby) Shower of Blessings for Tashawna Chang
Ladies, join us as we pour out a (baby) shower of blessings on our dear sister Tashawna Chang and our soon-to-be tiny new member of the Milliken family. On Saturday, June 27, at 12 pm, we will be enjoying exciting games, tasty treats, and the opportunity to cover this family as we welcome this new baby boy!
Vacation Bible School (VBS) Calling for Volunteers
If you are not a child, you are invited to volunteer to show our children “What’s Cookin’.”

Vacation Bible School (VBS)
VBS will take place July 14-17, 2026. This year’s theme is “What’s Cookin’“ in the Lord’s kitchen this summer! Early bird registration has ended, but we are still accepting registrations at MillikenChurch.org/VBS until Tuesday, June 30 @ 11:59 pm.
VBS Celebration Potluck
To celebrate the conclusion of Vacation Bible School (VBS), we will host a church-wide potluck on Sunday, July 19, 2026.
Everyone are encouraged to bring a dish to share as we gather in fellowship and celebrate with our children what God has done through VBS. This event will also provide an opportunity to invite VBS families, community members, and visitors to connect with our church family.
Fundraising Efforts Conclusion
We would like to thank everyone who has contributed to our recent fundraising efforts. As of today, Father’s Day Sunday, these efforts have come to a close: RISE Special Collection, Mug Sales for Youth, and Fundraising for a Single Mother in Jamaica. May God bless you and what you have given.
Farewell Service for Rev. Dr. Albert Jebanesan

Breakout Youth Festival

Amroth Building Renovation
The renovations are currently on hold in the Amroth Education Wing. Adam Montessori School and the contractor are still working hard to move forward with these renovations to update and modify some of our spaces to serve the childcare program better.
Please Note: The gym and the kitchen will not be affected, and Rooms A3 and A4 have been reopened. However, until further notice, Room A6 will remain unavailable.
We understand the delay is challenging, but please remember the heart behind this: these renovations are all about making the building more useful, more welcoming, and better equipped to serve both ministry and community needs. We are grateful for your patience and flexibility as we walk through this together. Thank you for your continued support and for helping us see this building not just as walls and rooms, but as a resource God has given us to bless and serve others.
