MWMC This Week – September 28, 2025

September 28, 2025Let’s Revitalize, Milliken!

13 This is how we know that we live in Him and He in us: He has given us of His Spirit. 14 And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent His Son to be the Saviour of the world. 15 If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God. 16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. – 1 John 4:13-16

Amroth Building Renovation

“Good morning, church family. I want to take a moment to share some news about our building.

Starting on September 22nd, renovations will be taking place in Amroth Wing. These renovations are being led by Adam Montessori, with the goal of updating and modifying some of our spaces to better serve the childcare program.

Here’s what that means for us: the gym and the kitchen will not be affected at all, so those spaces will continue to be available as usual. However, rooms A3, A4, and A6 will be unavailable for about two months while the work is underway.

We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, and we know this will mean adjustments for some of you who use those rooms regularly, but please know the heart behind this: these renovations are all about making the building more useful, more welcoming, and better equipped to serve both ministry and community needs.

We are grateful for your patience and flexibility as we walk through this together. If you normally use A3, A4, or A6, leadership will be working with you directly to make sure you have a good alternative space.

Thank you for your continued support and for helping us see this building not just as walls and rooms, but as a resource God has given us to bless and serve others.”
