INCOME TAX 2024 RECEIPTS
- Our finance team would like to give a friendly reminder that anyone who would like to receive a tax receipt for their financial contributions MUST put all Cheques and Cash in an envelope with FULL NAME AND ADDRESS.
- We have received several unlabeled envelopes and without a name and address, there is no way of knowing who has made a contribution.
- Unlabeled envelopes go directly to the general fund so we ask you to PLEASE label your envelopes before placing them in the offering box.
Operation Christmas Child
Operation Christmas Child is back again for the Holiday season. This is an annual act of service where we at Milliken fill shoeboxes with toys and living essentials, which are then transported to various countries to help make Christmas special for a child in need. If you would like to participate, boxes are ready and available. Filled boxes are to be returned here at the church by Sunday, November 5,2023.
Changes Coming for Children’s Church
Starting November, we will no longer be hosting Children’s Church on Zoom. We encourage our children to do their best to come to church to learn about God as a family.
LiFT Event: Paint Cafe
Ladies in Fellowship Together is, once again hosting a Paint Cafe on Saturday, October 28, 2023, 1:00-4:00 p.m. Cost is $10.00 / person (which includes materials and a lunch). Spaces are limited, so get your tickets early. Come and have lunch and enjoy the fellowship with other ladies, and test your skills at painting!
Christmas Banquet: Save the date

Worship Arts Team – We Want Your Help!
Have you been looking for a way to serve? Our Worship Arts team needs you! We are looking for servant leaders who are willing to serve on our Sunday Morning Worship and Audio Visual Teams. If you have the ability to sing, play an instrument (any instrument), or would like to learn how to serve in the Sound booth to learn various skills including sound board training, video/camera operation and working with Worship Tools to present words and scripture on the screen for worship service, please see Pastor Aza or Brother Chris.
Here are 3 reasons why you should join:
- A place to develop your gifts and be equipped to serve.
- Wonderful team of believers who support each other and pray for each other.
- Youth Alert! If you are looking to gain credits toward your volunteer service, this is a great way for you to earn those credits!
For more information, please visit www.millikenchurch.org for details on these areas of service.
