Christmas Mission Project: Compassion Canada

A big “Thank You” goes out to our church members for being part of our Christmas Mission Project. We have sponsored 11 children and donated a total of $335 toward the Compassion Canada Global Food Crisis Initiative.

Christmas Decoration Take Down

Our Christmas season has come to a close, so our Christmas decorations must be stored away for another year.  We need helpers and would appreciate the assistance of those who may be available for the take-down process.  Please see Cassie about how you can assist.

First Responder Class

We are looking for people who would be interested in taking defibrillator classes that will be offered at Milliken.  Milliken has a defibrillator machine that in the event of an emergency, we need trained individuals who are capable of using it to help save a life.  There is no charge for the classes, but only 14 spots available. If you would like to sign up, please contact Sis. Jocelyn, use the online form or call the church office at 905-475-3579.

Family Sunday at Milliken!

Milliken will have FAMILY SUNDAY every month on the last Sunday of the month.  Each month, we will have 1 family who will “lead” the service.  This is a time for you to also invite others to join in and worship with us!

Worship Arts Team 2023

We have been blessed with a wonderful team of volunteers who have committed their gifts to serving the Lord in this capacity. We would love for more of you to join our Worship Arts Team in the new year. Here are 3 reasons why you should join:

1) A place to develop your gifts and be equipped to serve
2) Wonderful team of believers who support each other and pray for each other
3) Youth Alert! If you are looking to gain credits toward your volunteer service, this is a great way for you to earn those credits!

For more information, please visit www.millikenchurch.org for details on these areas of service.

Offering

Tithes and Offerings can be submitted in person or online. If you would like to arrange a personal drop off aside from the above options, please call 905-475-3579. Please make an appointment before a drop off is made to ensure someone will be present to receive it. Leave a message and someone will confirm your arrangements. You may also visit us at www.millikenchurch.org and select GIVE. Your contributions are greatly appreciated.
