Season of Kingdomtide
During these weeks the Church around the world celebrates the coming of God’s kingdom on earth. The colour green on our altar reminds us that the Lord brings growth, health, and fullness of life to all enter this kingdom. We pray that you will experience the fullness He offers as you worship with us today.

Thanksgiving Dinner at Hagerman Corners We are planning to again serve our neighbors at this local, low-income housing complex. Would you be able to donate food – or to attend and help serve on Thanksgiving Day? Your participation can bless and witness of the generous love of Jesus. Please sign-up at the Information Desk to indicate how you would like to participate.
Japan
Last week we received an update from Missionaries Robin & Yoko White, Global Partners serving in Nagoya, Japan…
Hello Everyone!
Thank you for praying for us over the past month. We’ve been doing lots of traveling, sharing about our ministry in Japan with current and potential partners. God has really blessed us with encouraging conversations, divine appointments and new connections. During the next two seasons we will travel to different parts of Canada to share and encourage participation with us. We’ve scheduled to visit you in early November!
Please pray for our home church Immanuel Church in Nagoya. The will finish their building remodel project and move back into it next month. Please also pray for our fellow missionary Andrea Swartout. Last week she underwent surgery to remove cancer from her tongue.
Finally, please give thanks to God that one of our former English students in Japan has decided to become a follower of Jesus. She was baptized on Sunday, September 15th. And we praise the Lord that she has taken this public step of faith.
Thank you, again, for your partnership in our past and future service. See you in a few weeks!
