Palm Sunday
Palm Sunday is a joyous day in the life of the Church. We remember Jesus’ entrance into Jerusalem. God had fulfilled His promise to send the Messiah. We may now find liberation from all forms of bondage through faith in this Deliverer. May you experience the joy of His presence today.

Holy Week Events at Milliken Wesleyan Methodist Church
Best Years Fellowship will meet on Tuesday at 10:30am. Our guest speakers from the Markham Stouffville Hospital will present great tips on how to avoid falls. Our potluck lunch will follow the meeting.
Maundy Thursday Worship will begin at 7:30pm on Thursday. Come hear Jesus’ command to serve each other, and participate in his humble act of foot-washing. This will be a joint service with the Tamil Christian Church.
Good Friday Worship will take place at 10 am on Friday. Our Choir, musicians and readers will lead us in this somber service of Scripture, remembering the suffering and death of Jesus.
Easter Lily Memorials If you would like to order a memorial lily, please write your name on a giving envelope, along with the name of the person being remembered and your relationship to them. Place $10 in the envelope and drop this in the collection plate during the offering. All memorials will be printed on an insert in the bulletin next Sunday.
Easter Day our celebration of the Lord’s resurrection will begin at 10:30 am. Our choir and youth will lead us as they share a special presentation of the cantata “My Easter Story.” Invite a friend to join you for this amazing hour of music and testimony.
Myanmar
Today evangelist missionary Rev. Myint Maung joins us to share how God has been working through his most recent trip to Myanmar. Amazing opportunities for the Gospel continue to open as Brother Myint (who is also a member of our local church) courageously brings the truth and love of Jesus to hundreds who have never heard!
