Today we celebrate God’s gift of mothers, as our children lead us in worship. At the conclusion of the service, our children have a small gift that they would like to give to every lady in attendance.

Czech Republic
Luke & Megan Adams serve as Global Partners missionaries in the nation of the Czech Republic. They recently wrote with an update…
Hello Friends, Our move to Podebrady during the past month has led us into some unbelievable situations! Thank you for keeping us in your prayers! We are now attending Remedy International Church – the first Wesleyan congregation in the whole country – operating completely under Czech leadership. Our language skills are still basic, but it feels good to connect fellow young believers who want to reach their fellow citizens with the Gospel.
We need your strong prayers for two people here in the church: (1) Lucka just became a Christian four months ago. Last week she went to the hospital with stomach pain, and was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She needs courage and faith for what lies ahead. Pray that God will heal her and use this miracle to draw others to Himself. (2) Benji (the pastor here) recently became sick with a pancreatic infection and went into a coma. This was very frightening, but praise the Lord, he has revived from the coma and is beginning a slow recovery! Sadly the infection has permanently damaged part of his large intestine, and the doctors will have to remove the damaged section. Please pray for Pastor Benji and his wife, Misha; that they will overcome this tough situation. We want to see God bring full healing to his suffering servants.
Let us intercede with bold confidence that healing and blessing will be given. Thank you.
God bless you all.
