Scholarship Appeal This summer a number of our children and youth will attend our Silver Lake Wesleyan Camps. We are glad that they will participate in this fun and spiritually meaningful time. The increased number of attendees has depleted our scholarship fund. Could you give a $50 donation to enable our young people to attend? If so, please mark your envelope “Silver Lake Scholarship” and place it in the collection plate during the offering. Thank you for your support.
Milliken-Morocco Mixer Join us in the gym after the service for some refreshments, and to hear more about Sister Jessica Barnett’s experiences in Morocco. We will extend our interview with her into this social time.
Time to Pray our Wednesday evening time of intercession and sharing gathers in the Fellowship Room at 7:15pm on this weeknight. If you have a request or praise to share, we invite you to write it on a card from the pew rack and place it in the miniature church on the far right corner of the platform.
Summer Love Feast Next Sunday we will share in a Summer Love Feast in the gym. Please bring a dish to share as we make time to get to know each other, and share in Holy Communion.
Our Sympathy extends to the family of Pat Pitre at the death of her mother last Tuesday evening. Pat and her family are grateful for all who attended the funeral on Thursday morning. Please remember the family in your prayers during the weeks to come.
